Headstand Helper! You can do it! Here is the step by step! Don’t jump into headstand or any inversion for that matter! Lift and breathe. You’ll feel calm and easy the whole way and have a lot more chances of “sticking it” than if you launch yourself. Headstands are fantastic for circulation, calms the mind, stimulates brain activity, and boosts creativity and improves mood big time.

Julso ive added insanity to my every other day of working out and still i feel like i have no results … idk .. and im not cutting anymore food from my diet, i refuse .. idk very confused

So I work out now, mon and tues hour equipment pilaties and tues and thurs swimming along with staying active the other days and some how I’m gaining weight, I’ve cut alot of junk food and stick to health food but still gaining. Any suggestions of what I can do? or am doing wrong?
